CAFE Publication Award for Single or Dual Authored Books or Monographs – Due Date January 31, 2026

CAFE is seeking submissions of single or multiple-authored books or monographs published between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2025 that have made a major contribution to knowledge in the disciplines that fall under the rubric of the foundations of education.  Edited books are not considered for this award. E. Lisa Panayotidis Dissertation Award in the Foundations of Education – Due Date January 31, 2026  

To recognize an exceptional doctoral dissertation in Canada in the foundations of education of a doctoral graduate from the previous calendar year. Full call available here.

Outstanding Master’s Thesis Recognition Award – Due Date January 31, 2026

To recognize an exceptional master’s thesis in Canada in the foundations of education of a master degree graduate from the previous calendar year. Full call available here.

 

Outstanding Advising and Mentoring Award – Due Date February 28, 2026

To recognize outstanding advising and mentoring of students in education by a Canadian faculty member in the foundations of education. Full call available here.

 

Distinguished Service Award – Due Date February 28, 2026

To recognize CAFE members that demonstrate award-worthy service over a significant period of time to CAFE through advocacy of CAFE and its mission in the foundations of education, and leadership in initiatives relevant to CAFE and its members. Full call available here.
